Bonnaroo doesn’t announce lineup until Wednesday, but it looks like U2 just couldn’t wait to announce their first ever American music festival appearance.

U2 to play bonnarooU2  announced a stadium tour of North America and Europe celebrating the 30th anniversary of their smash album The Joshua Tree.

The band will play the entirety of the record each night, which won the Grammy for Album of the Year in 1988. The Joshua Tree features three of U2’s most iconic hits: “With or Without You,” “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For” and “Where The Streets Have No Name,” but in an interview with Rolling Stone, The Edge confirmed they will play the deeper cuts from the record, including the never-before-played “Red Hill Mining Town.”

Mumford & Sons, The Lumineers and OneRepublic will open the The Joshua Tree Tour 2017 in North America, with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds opening the European shows. The tour includes an appearance at Bonnaroo, their first time ever headlining a U.S. music festival. The full 2017 Bonnaroo lineup will be announced later this week.

Tickets for European dates go on sale on January 16, with North American dates on sale January 17.
