The Struts have announced a three-show residency at The Roxy in Los Angeles, taking place May 29-30 and June 1. And that might not be the only thing the U.K. rockers are doing that week.
According to a tweet from the band, The Struts will be “celebrating something you’ve all been waiting for” at the residency. Chances are they’re referring to the release of their sophomore album, which is expected to arrive sometime this year.
The new album will be the follow-up to The Struts’ debut Everybody Wants, which was released in the U.S. in 2016. It spawned the singles “Could Have Been Me” and “Kiss This.”
Tickets to the Los Angeles shows go on sale this Friday, March 2 via The Struts.com.
Along with the L.A. residency, The Struts will play a number of headlining and festival dates throughout the spring, including Hangout Festival in Gulf Shores. They’ll also be supporting Foo Fighters on a run of shows beginning April 18 in Austin, Texas.
