92 Zew Shopping Spree Contest

The following Contest Rules are in effect for this contest. Other rules and restrictions may apply as outlined in our standard contest rules.
1. Must be 21 years of age or older to win.
2. Must be a U.S. citizen
3. Employees of WZEW-FM, Dot-Com Plus Broadcasting, Inc., their families, employees of other media located in the Mobile, Alabama MSA, their families and advertising agency employees of advertising agencies in the Mobile, Alabama area are not eligible to enter or win.
4. WZEW is not responsible for prizes that are not delivered as a result of the sponsor withdrawing or declining to participate.
5. Prizes are not transferable.
6. Prizes will be awarded only after the winner signs a disclaimer for travel and any tax documents required. Such forms will be provided at the time of the awarding of the trip. Transfers, transportation to and from hotels, airports and concert venues are the responsibility of the winner except as stated within these rules.
7. Taxes, Title Fees or any other items requiring tax be paid, including sales tax is the responsibility of the winner.
8. WZEW-FM reserves the right to change, amend or cancel any contest or promotion at any time, without prior notification.
9. WZEW-FM reserves the right to change the rules of a contest including the method of giveaway, at any time, without prior notification.

This contest prize package includes the following: Airfare from Mobile Al. to New York, N.Y. on Sunday December 9th 2012. Airfare from New York, N.Y. to Mobile, Al. on Tuesday December 11th 2012 2 Tickets to see Jason Mraz in concert in New York on December 10th Hotel accommodations in Manhattan December 9th and 10th. All other expenses including baggage handling, additional transportation, meals, taxes, or other charges are the responsibility of the winner.
