Joe Strummer was honored this week in Granada, Spain.  According to The Guardian, at a ceremony on Monday, the late Clash singer had a plaza named after him.  Members of The Pogues as well as Joe’s former bands, The 101ers and The Mescaleros, took part in an impromptu acoustic jam at the event, singing Clash hits like “Spanish Bombs” and “London Calling.”   Joe’s daughters, Lola and Jazz, were also in attendance.  Read more at Guardian.co.uk.
