Jeff Lynne, 2014 Hollywood Walk of Fame star recipient

**Jeff Lynne is the 2014 recipient of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! The British musician beat out seven honorees in the recording category. Jeff will be inducted next year. His star will stand alongside icons of film, television and radio. Jeff says he feels honored “to be in the great company” of his biggest heroes.
The 65-year-old founded ELO, Electric Light Orchestra, which went on to sell over 50 million albums. Throughout his career, he worked with The Beatles, Tom Petty, Bob Dylan, George Harrison and many more. Jeff says that he’s been “in love with music since probably just five years old.” He says that not much has changed since then. Jeff plans to release new music in 2014.
