Foster the People’s second effort,  Supermodel, due out in March

Foster the People Foster the People’s been pumping their kicks and crafting melodies for their sophomore album Supermodel.  Among the album’s 12 tracks is the first single, “Coming of Age,” which is now streaming online. Singer Mark Foster described the sound of the record as “more orchestral” than their 2011 debut, Torches. He also noted the influence of “North and West Africa” on the effort, adding they wanted it to be “more organic and human because the first record was so electronic and synthetic.” Stay up to date at FosterThePeople.com.

The cover of Supermodel is a mural that was painted on the entire face of a 100-foot high building in L-A. The full-length will be available March 18.
