Part 3 of the ZEW & Soul Kitchen Maniacal Mardi Gras NOLA style. Time to get your funk soul brother for another modern great of the Big Easy, Galactic with Corey Henry (Of Living Colors) on vocal duties. The band hits the road for the Freeze Out Tour 2013 supporting their latest funkifried release Carnivales Electricos which is inspired by the full-on Mardi Gras experience, from preparations to celebrations to the stillness of Ash Wednesday, but being Galactic, they got to add that luscious lagnaippe. This time it’s a bevy of beats from other places that lay it out on Mardi Gras day, like Brazil.
