The following Contest Rules are in effect for WZEW-FM, Mobile, Alabama. Other rules and restrictions may apply. See separate rules which may be established for particular contests and giveaways.
1. Must be 18 years of age or older to win.
2. Must be a U.S. citizen
3. Employees of WZEW-FM, Dot-Com Plus Broadcasting, Inc., their families, employees of other media located in the Mobile, Alabama MSA, their families and advertising agency employees of advertising agencies in the Mobile, Alabama area are not eligible to enter or win any contest.
4. Persons may win only one time in a 30 day period.
5. WZEW-FM is not responsible for prizes that are not delivered as a result of the sponsor withdrawing or declining to participate.
6. Prizes are not transferable.
7. Prizes which award trips, airfare or travel will be awarded only after the winner signs a disclaimer for travel. Such disclaimer form will be provided at the time of the awarding of the trip. Transfers, transportation to and from hotels, airports and concert venues are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated in the rules of the contest.
8. Taxes, Title Fees or any other items requiring tax be paid, including sales tax is the responsibility of the winner.
9. WZEW-FM reserves the right to change, amend or cancel any contest or promotion at any time, without prior notification.
10. WZEW-FM reserves the right to change the rules of a contest including the method of giveaway, at any time, without prior notification.
11.All prizes will be awarded ‘as is’ and must be picked up within 30 days.
