Someone purchased the name rights to the Amy Winehouse Foundation before her dad, Mitch Winehouse, was able to, and it’s leading to quite a bit of drama.  Just last week, Mitch admitted that he’s been receiving donations on behalf of the charity, but hasn’t been able to put the funds anywhere.  Well on Monday, he tweeted that he’s had to return donations because he doesn’t have an account to deposit the checks into.  Mitch is still trying to get the name from whoever registered it. The Foundation will help children in need.
