Registration is open for the 8th annual Alabama Coastal BirdFest, offering expertly guided birding trips to prime spots on the Alabama Coastal Birding Trail, workshops, evening speaker events, and a free, family-friendly Bird and Conservation Expo.
This year’s BirdFest is Thursday-Saturday, Oct. 6-8, 2011. The Expo takes place Saturday on the grounds of Faulkner State College in downtown Fairhope.
Since 2004, Alabama Coastal BirdFest has welcomed visitors from all over the U.S. and Canada who have come to enjoy the millions of birds from all over North America that pass through our area on their fall migration. Trips and the Friday night dinner require advance registration.
