Blue jeans are the costume de riguer for this popular classic, featuring the triumphant return and brilliant sounds of violinist Chee Yun. Engaging Chee Yun’s full range of passion and energy, the MSO will perform the Violin Concerto by Sibelius, plus Beethoven’s symphonic salute to Napoleon, the Eroica Symphony. The concert will begin with Steve Reich’s “Clapping Music” performed by clapping hands only.
