I am a geek. Always have been, always will be. I might be 36 years old, but I still get giddy and geeky when I hear, see, or learn something about my fave topics. In no particular order, I’m geeky about: comics, radio, movies, DJ/pro audio gear, baseball, fantasy baseball, video games, and a few select TV shows; DEXTER, TRUE BLOOD, ENTOURAGE, and REAL TIME WITH BILL MAHER. Seeing a trend here? I dig pay cable.

I’ll be posting my thoughts, reviews, trailers, pictures, etc, of stuff that grabs my attentions as I stumble across them…..first up, DC Universe Online for the PS3:

Anyone playing this? I hear great things about it, but I’m waaaaay leery of paying $60 for a game, and THEN having to pay $15 per month to continue playing it. The concept of playing as the legendary DCU characters (Superman, Batman, etc) AND being able to create a personal character that interacts with the established characters is very intriguing. I’m also leery that beginning this game might lead to a complete shutdown of family and work lives as it looks addictive as hell.
