My Morning Jacket appeared at Levon Helm’s ‘Midnight Rambler’ sessions, a regular series
of Saturday Night concerts at Helm’s Woodstock NY Barn that features local and national
musicians. According to Rolling Stone, the band jammed all night, acoustically and plugged
in, wowing the audience of about 250, who were in awe seeing an arena sized band playing
such a small venue.
The night closed with a jam featuring My Morning Jacket, Levon Helm & Donald Fagan as they covered
many tunes from the Great American Songbook.
