Mumford & Sons crafted the song “Learn Me Right” for the new Pixar movie Brave. “Learn Me Right” has been written, arranged and produced by the band, but features singer Birdy on vocals. Marcus Mumford says, “It’s quite fun doing a song for a movie rather than for an album. We liked the idea of having an orchestra in the background and having a girl like Birdy sing – it’s been quite liberating.” Brave features the voices of Kelly MacDonald, Julie Fowlis, Billy Connolly and Emma Thompson.
