This Saturday at Soul Kitchen, check out the guitarist who’s already been invited to play Clapton’s Crossroads Festival, won the Robert Johnson Foundation’s New Generation Award at 16, personally chosen by Jeff Beck to open for him on tour, and is the only unsigned artist on Guitar Hero 5 among many other recognitions.

Tyler Bryant was born to play music. The 21-year-old guitar prodigy has been playing since he was six and was bred on the roughneck blues of Muddy Waters, Robert Johnson and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The only unsigned artist on Guitar Hero 5 has won awards from Robert Johnson Blues Foundation and was asked by Eric Clapton to play the legendary Crossroads Festival.
