Tables are turned as Pink Floyd filed massive lawsuit against EMI over royalies from digital online sales.
Floyd also claims EMI violated contract agreement — songs only to be sold in ‘original configuration of Pink Floyd albums’
EMI says contract applies to physical albums, not online sales
Looks to be a lengthy court battle.
