Robert Plant Recruits Buddy Miller, Patty Griffin and More for Album and Tour
Paste thanks you, Robert Plant, for gathering together some of our favorite musicians and taking them on the road. Plant has recruited Patty Griffin, Buddy Miller he provides vocals and guitar and co-produced the album, Darrell Scott, Byron House and Marco Giovino to work with him on an upcoming album, and they’ll go on tour together in July under the moniker Robert Plant and the Band of Joy.The group’s still unnamed album will be Plant’s first since Raising Sand, his 2006 Grammy-winning collaboration with Alison Krauss.
