Arcade Fire’s BarRaising Interactive Music Video

Arcade Fire and Google raise the bar on music video viewing by letting viewer participate and insert their own memorable places for viewing.

Quite fascinating for Google Chrome users, Google folks teamed with Arcade Fire for an experimental interactive video that incorporates musical essence of ‘We Used to Wait’ with new html5, google maps, video, messaging/drawing in bizarre treebranch script (birds fly in, perch, then fly off to another open window of aerial view of address entered). Really indescribable, got to see it for yourself.

Head on over to The Wilderness Downtown and enter your childhood address (or really any address, but mood of the tune and video is more effective with old memories)
