Grace Potter to perform at TJ Martell Foundation’s Annual Honors Gala

Martell Foundation for Leukemia, Cancer and AIDS Research announced the very talented band that graced the Hangout Festival stages and many others in our area, Grace Potter and the Nocturnals, will perform at its 37th Annual Honors Gala, Tuesday, October 23, at the legendary Ciprianis on 42nd St in New York. Â Bayfest also recently announced the addition of Potter on its lineup this year. Â The TJ Martell Foundation also said in its press release:
The Hollywood Records recording artist has been receiving rave reviews since she exploded onto the music scene several years ago. USA Today recently stated â€œGrace Potter is the best female rock singer in the countryâ€¦â€ Legions of fans pack music festivals and sold out concert venues every year to see the artist USA Today called â€œthe best female rock singer in the country.â€ Grace Potter, the Nocturnal band lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist is well known for her vocal qualities and her vibrant energy on stage. The third studio album, also which was self-titled, in 2010 was a major commercial success, debuting in the top 20 in the country and hitting #1 on the iTunes charts and receiving international attention. The band released their critically acclaimed fourth studio album, â€œThe Lion The Best The Beatâ€ in June 2012 noting that they collaborated on three songs with the Black Keys member Dan Auerbach.
