The band will release KISS Destroys Anaheim ’76 on Aug. 21. It’s a recording of their Aug. 20, 1976, Anaheim Stadium show on their The Spirit Of ’76 Tour, aka the Destroyer Tour.

The show had KISS playing in front of over 42,000 fans, their largest audience to date. The recording, taken from the original multitrack tapes, features performances of such iconic KISS tracks as “Detroit Rock City,” “Strutter,” “Black Diamond,” “Rock and Roll All Nite” and more.

Members of the KISS Army are getting a bonus from the band. They can now access exclusive material in connection with the announcement, including soundbites from Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley sharing their memories of the show.

KISS Destroys Anaheim ’76 will be released in a variety of formats, including CD, two-LP black vinyl, two-LP picture disc, two-LP color vinyl and digitally. The band has also launched a new merch line in connection with the release.

“We’re trying to work with that, build a spaceship, do some new stuff with lasers that’s never been done before, and yeah, it will be a classic,” said frontman Matt Bellamy. “It’s going to be more in the space, sci-fi realm, which I think is cool for us.”

Bellamy adds that he hopes the spaceship will be able to fly, but says, “I don’t think it will.”

If the Muse spaceship does materialize, it will be for the band’s European tour, which kicks off in November. Muse will launch a U.S. tour in support of The Wow! Signal Thursday at the Milwaukee Summerfest.

Dinosaur Jr. will launch a U.S. tour with Band of Horses on July 10 in Kingston, New York. They’ll then kick off a fall headlining tour in October.

Forged through the extreme highs and lows that come with living, Time Will Tell is the album that Devon Gilfillian has been preparing to make his entire life. His third studio album was recorded in Nashville’s legendary RCA Studio A, live to tape on varispeed, with mostly single vocal takes.

Gilfillian wrote and produced with a mighty team including longtime drummer and friend Jonathan Smalt and Neal H Pogue (Tyler the Creator, OutKast) as executive producer. Gilfillian carries soul track to track through a sonic journey of rock, funk, and country elements, magnetically vulnerable about his own failure and frailty.

The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer has announced dates for a 19-city tour with The Fixx and Peter Asher.

The trek will hit the Northeast and Midwest, starting Sept. 2 in Somerville, Massachusetts, with stops in New York, Philadelphia, Minneapolis, Cincinnati, Nashville and more. It wraps Sept. 30 in Troy, New York.

In a post on Instagram, Blunstone writes that he’s “thrilled” to be heading out on tour again, noting fans can expect to hear “songs from my solo career and some Zombies classic tunes.”

Tickets for all shows go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. local time.

Blunstone wrapped his Believe in Miracles U.K. solo tour on May 28 in London. In a post on Instagram he called it “one of the most enjoyable tours I’ve ever been on,” noting that he hopes he and his band can do another solo tour in the U.K. early next year.

In addition to the upcoming U.S. tour, Blunstone is scheduled to perform at The Zombies’ annual Begin Here festival, taking place Oct. 30- Nov. 1 in their hometown of St. Albans, England. More info can be found at TheZombiesmusic.com.
