4th-grade students from Mobile & Baldwin County schools will present the Parade of Flags. Music, celebration, and keynote speech by DYW of America.

LODA ARTWALK CELEBRATES MARTIAL ARTS- Fri 6pm-9pm, Lower Dauphin Arts District, Downtown Mobile. Explore local vendors showcasing unique arts, crafts and other goods. Plus, there will be fantastic martial arts demonstrations in Cathedral Sqaure! At the Kids’ Zone, children can enjoy martial arts crafts, photo opportunities, and other exciting activities.

SATURDAY:
LION TROT 5K and FUN RUN – Sat 7AM-11AM. Amelia Park 716 Mae Street, Saraland, AL, United States.Certified 5K course winds through Saraland neighborhoods, starting and ending near Amelia Park. The fun run follows a straightforward out-and-back route. Courses are mostly flat with mild inclines and water stations along the way.
MOBILE WALK TO DEFEAT ALS- Sat 8 AM-noon. University of South Alabama: Intramural Field 6450 John Counts Dr, Mobile, Alabama, United States. The USA Health Kelly Butler ALS Center is inviting the community to join in the 2024 Mobile Walk to Defeat ALS on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024, at the University of South Alabama Intramural Field. The event will feature water, snacks, face painting and guest speakers.
MOBILE MUSEUM OF ARTâS GROOVY BIRTHDAY PARTY- Sat 11am-3pm, Langan Municipal Park, Mobile.Celebrate Mobile Museum of Artâs 60th Anniversary at their Groovy Birthday Party! This family-friendly day will be fun for all ages and include a petting zoo, live music, food trucks, art classes, a time capsule burial, and free admission to the Museum all day long. Our own Gene Murrell will be broadcasting live for the event from 11AM-2PM too.
