Queens of the Stone Age are preparing to release their ninth album, Perfecth, on October 30.

“The record’s nine songs map different forms of love: of family, friends, and others. The loves that break you and the loves that bring you back. The music is fearless and boundless, moody and menacing, gentle and strange.”

This is the first release since their 2023 album, In Times New Roman. Which continues the themes of broken people and imperfection. The title of Perfecth is a self named title, showing how imperfect, perfect can be.

The 9-song record includes:

  • “It’s Only Love”
  • “Insignificant Other” (Lead Single)
  • “Where The Goth Girls At?”
  • “Mono”
  • “From the Cliff”
  • “Sunday” (co-written with Iggy Pop)
  • “Easy Street” (featuring Nikki Lane)
  • “Phantom Limb”
  • “Run Away From the Mob”

“Insignificant Other” is the album’s centerpiece – sprawling, loose, and supernatural. “Mono” captures the headspinning feeling of heartbreak with a mix that slips seamlessly from mono to stereo and from claustrophobia to widescreen orchestral grandeur. The band remains enduringly, singularly magnetic. It’s art that snarls and seduces in equal measure.”
